The process of leasing off the BM Webb
Group is made very simple, it is just a matter of a phone call or an
email to make an appointment.
The next step is a meeting where all
the information is gathered (needs and wants), from here the BM Webb
Group will come up with a preliminary proposal and this will be
presented for discussion.
Once an agreement is made between both
parties, a letter of intent is exchanged, then a simple legal process
takes place and construction can begin.
